Need an Official Docket or Record?
Use the record type and court name to choose a Marion County route:
- A Circuit or Chancery docket: use the case-search routes or ask the office that keeps the case
- A court date or setting: check the court-calendar routes and confirm with the appropriate clerk or administrator
- Certified copies: order from the clerk of court, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
- A specific case: have its case, citation, or instrument number ready and ask the correct clerk about access
- Court records and case files: see court records, or contact the clerk of the court that heard the case
